I woke this morning to hear the dreadful news of the attacks in Paris. I have lived here for almost 30 years and love the country and the people. I guess we all knew that these monsters would attack here in Western Europe (and sadly I think they haven't finished), but my heart breaks for those that died or were injured in my lovely adopted country. May they rest in peace.
Such shocking events. No words, just prayers and my deepest sympathy to all those affected by these evil actions. xxReplyDelete
It is so sad and scary for the whole world. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your adopted country.ReplyDelete
I was in town today shopping and there is kind of a stunned silence. Of course we are not in Paris (and I really truly feel for those that live and work there - all the tension and unease), but I think we all have to be alert. Sadly I understand that at least one of the murderers got into France as an asylum seeker coming through Greece. That of course will throw yet more oil on the flames. So sad.ReplyDelete
