Long live the slow cooker! But you know what, I would love to have taken part in the programme, fully expecting a big smack in the face. Then I know I would get really mad at myself and stop pussy-footing around. Until then "delusional" ain't so bad!Treadershttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08613671137557939083noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4674486998769998428.post-84036685892460389112017-09-21T17:58:49.537+01:002017-09-21T17:58:49.537+01:00If I remember right you were hitting around 12,000...If I remember right you were hitting around 12,000 steps while you were on holiday and I was dead impressed. Actually your saying you were only on 5000-7000 "before fitbit" is encouraging to me because I got the impression you were always doing around 10,000 - that's great. I bought the cheapest fitbit I could find because I'm not interested in most of the functions, but like you it has really inspired me. And losing 10 (or 40) pounds wouldn't be sniffed at either.Treadershttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08613671137557939083noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4674486998769998428.post-27670327252797593192017-09-21T17:11:35.448+01:002017-09-21T17:11:35.448+01:00The delusional part of me is so happy I am not par...The delusional part of me is so happy I am not participating in that study!
Wheater the inventor is spinning or not, your meal looks delicious!
Anne in the kitchenhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01533249631969001657noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4674486998769998428.post-24895489856531945692017-09-21T16:58:17.343+01:002017-09-21T16:58:17.343+01:00Before I got on the 10000 step per day craze(my mo...Before I got on the 10000 step per day craze(my mother's word) I was 5000-7000 too. I had my fit bit for 7 months before I broke 10,000 steps! But since June I have faithfully done my 10,000 steps (some days just a couple over that) and I definitely think my fitness level is quite a bit better. I now park my car in the furthest area of the parking lot (where safe) so I have to walk further into the store. We have a treadmill which has been my saviour on foul weather days and if I just need a few hundred more steps before I call it a night. Generally though because of my disease (fibro) I try and make sure I've hit 6000 by about 1pm. That way I don't have to worry so much about trying it make it up in the evening. I've lost 10 pounds, would like to lose another 5 but I've started to eat everything again. I think at this point my love of food is overriding my love for a smaller me :)Cheapchickhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15158208632054014311noreply@blogger.com
