Not sure what the answer is, although I'm sure that many who work within the system could make a good few suggestions. To survive you need to have food to be brought in to you. The NHS in in crisis whatever way you look at it.Lesneshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10139947264337493961noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4674486998769998428.post-69407187669942820812016-04-10T08:44:57.678+01:002016-04-10T08:44:57.678+01:00I am reading a lot of similar comments from people...I am reading a lot of similar comments from people based in the US unfortunately. My oldest son was born in D.C. and I had excellent (free) treatment through Kaiser, but then I also had insurance through the World Bank and my pregnancy was low risk. I can't believe that people can be bankrupted through medical issues! I think we could learn a lot from Canada or some Scandinavian countries (in Denmark it's free) - high taxes but free treatment. Don't get me started but I think education and health care should be free to all - kinda levelling the playing field a bit. You have to wait days to get in and then beg for a referral that you won't get. Only to have the doctor tell you that he loses money on patients like you and walks out. So we pay $1000s and $1000 to go to the CVS clinic and pay cash in order to get treated. Broke and bitterSonya Annhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01985227040902078422noreply@blogger.com
