Makes you wonder how many people NEVER get to speak to another person for days on end doesn't it. Give it a shot - and do write about it to let us know!Treadershttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08613671137557939083noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4674486998769998428.post-4428870677367577152018-05-28T18:04:22.113+01:002018-05-28T18:04:22.113+01:00Seeing him climb made me realize that if you live ...Seeing him climb made me realize that if you live on the 4th floor and think you can leave the windows open in summer - well you might want to think again! But well done him. Yep Geneva is hellish expensive. A 2 bedroom apartment halfway decent would set you back around 1.5 million US dollars!!! My neighbour rents and they have 2 bedrooms and it costs about 3,500 US$ a month. Switzerland in general and Geneva in particular is expensive, but there is also the fact that the Swiss franc is the currency of refuge when everything goes "tits up" throughout the world and so is very, very strong!Treadershttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08613671137557939083noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4674486998769998428.post-20227924974403684402018-05-28T17:07:38.474+01:002018-05-28T17:07:38.474+01:00Your impromptu gathering sounds very lovely. Amazing, so ...Holy cow that guy is like Spiderman! Amazing, so glad he was able to do it. I wondered if your area of France was expensive, probably rivalling or evening higher than Paris. Switzerland is supposed to be one of the most expensive places in the world. Turin is not visited as much as other places so I am sure prices were more reasonable. The great thing is when you do retire if you choose to travel your money will go so far as you are used to the highest prices lolCheapchickhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15158208632054014311noreply@blogger.com
